Ceramic Pad Heater Temperature Controler

RM-II-10KW INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROLER | FLEXIBLE CERAMIC PAD HEATER

Product Description

The RM-II-10KW Intelligent Temperature Controller is an advanced thermal control system designed for industrial heating, heat treatment, weld preheating, and automatic regulation of electric heating elements.

This model integrates a Japanese FUJI PXR intelligent controller, renowned for its high precision, reliability, and stability, capable of managing up to 4 heating ramps and 4 soaking stages. This allows the user to program accurate thermal curves for a wide variety of industrial applications.

The RM-II-10KW uses a bidirectional thyristor (SCR) or solid-state relay (SSR) for power output, ensuring smooth voltage control, fast response, and proportional power regulation to connected heaters.

With its compact design, robust metal enclosure, and user-friendly interface, this controller is ideal for use with flexible ceramic heaters, industrial ovens, heating tanks, process pipes, and heat treatment systems.
