Vulcanized Silicone Fiberglass

Vulcanized silicone fiberglass is made of high-temperature-resistant and high-strength fiberglass fabric, which is calendered or impregnated with silicone rubber. One side of the product is cured silicone and the other side is uncured silicone. It is used to make silicone heating pads. During thermal vulcanization, silicone can be well combined with the heating wire or heating foil to obtain an integrated silicone heating pad with excellent insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and flame retardancy. This product is a new high-performance multi-purpose composite material. It is widely used in aerospace, new energy vehicles, chemical industry, petroleum, large-scale power generation equipment, machinery, breeding industry, electrical insulation, construction and other fields. Halogen-free and ROHS certified.

Product Features 

1. Used in temperatures between -20°C and 280°C.  Good heat resistance and flame retardant.

2. High insulation performance, dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 10-50 KV/MM

3. Good chemical corrosion resistance; Oil-resistant, waterproof [scrubable].

4. High strength, smooth and sturdy, can be cut and processed.
