Product Features:

RTV Silicone Sealant Model TM-441 is equivalent to Japanese 441 glue and is specially designed to seal heating elements, steam irons, and electronic components. Compared to foreign models, it has similar characteristics to Loctite and Elastosil brand sealants.

Typical Uses:

It is widely used in various industrial household appliances, electrical resistors, electronic components, household appliances, various instruments, high-temperature air filters, PTC corrugated heaters, high-temperature furnaces, cermets, electronic modules, and other products for coating, bonding, sealing, and reinforcing.

Usage Process 

1、 Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the item to be sealed or coated object to remove rust, dust, oil, etc.

2、 Size: Unscrew the hose cap, install the plastic glue nozzle, use the blade to open the glue nozzle according to the required size, and tighten the glue to the desired glue application.

3、 Curing: Place the coated parts in a flat place, the curing process is from the surface to the inside, within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 2-4mm, if the colloid part is deep, especially in the part that is not easy to contact with air, The full curing time will be extended, if the temperature and humidity are low, the curing time will also be extended.

Notes:

1、 Pre-testing is a necessary condition to ensure good results of use.

2、 After opening, it should be used immediately, otherwise it should be sealed and stored strictly.

3、 Avoid contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if accidentally touched, maintain good ventilation in the workplace, and use protective tools if necessary. 

4、 If some of them are accidentally contaminated with glue, they should be cleaned with gasoline and other solvents as soon as possible. If the glue has cured, it should be cut with a blade and then rubbed with solvent.

Storage and transport

1、 Avoid crushing, bumping, or hard scratches.

2、 Protects against heat, rain or direct sunlight.

3、 Storage conditions: 15-25°C humidity< 55% relative humidity.

4、 Shelf life: 9 months in the above conditions in the original packaging.

5、 This product is non-hazardous and can be transported as a general chemical.
