Flexible Ceramic Heaters are high-performance electrical heating elements designed for heat treatment, weld preheating, stress relieving, and temperature maintenance on large metallic components.
These heaters use high-quality nickel-chrome (NiCr) resistance wire as the heating core, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity, thermal stability, and long service life. The heating wire is insulated and protected by high-strength alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic components, providing superior mechanical resistance, electrical insulation, and outstanding thermal radiation.
All welded joints between the NiCr heating wire and the electrical leads are protected with ceramic sleeves, ensuring reliable insulation and safe operation even under high temperatures. Thanks to their modular design, flexible ceramic heaters can be connected using special connectors and extension cables, easily integrating into industrial temperature control systems for complete thermal treatment setups.
Flexible ceramic heaters can be mounted on stainless-steel supports, ceramic insulation pads, or high-temperature magnetic fixtures, depending on the application.
They are ideal for large metal structures, pressure vessels, bridges, high-pressure pipelines, chemical and petrochemical equipment, and other metallic components requiring localized and uniform heating.
1. Weld preheating of joints, pipes, and metal structures
2. Localized heat treatment and post-weld stress relief
3. Heating of towers, pressure vessels, exchangers, and valves
4. Industrial chemical and petrochemical pipe heating
5. Temperature maintenance for molds, tanks, and machinery
6. Drying and heat processing in workshop or on-site operations
