TEFLON PTFE INSULATOR

Teflon insulator (PTFE, polytetrafluoroethylene) is designed to seal and protect the ends of heating elements in industrial applications. Thanks to its excellent corrosion, high temperature and chemical resistance properties, this material ensures greater durability and performance in demanding environments, and offers a high-quality seal for electrical resistors.

Teflon insulators offer an alternative to traditional silicone or epoxy resin insulators, providing better thermal stability and greater electrical safety. It is ideal for use in industrial heating equipment, electric furnaces, cartridge resistors, tubular resistors, and systems where reliable thermal insulation is required.

1. Temperature range: -65°C to 260°C

2. Resistance voltage: 150V to 600V

3. Insulation performance: Breaking strength ≥45 kV/mm, volumetric resistivity up to 1×10¹⁸Ω·m

4. Chemical stability: Resistant to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salt spray and oils

Applications

1. Industrial heating: Suitable for corrosive and high-temperature environments, such as electroplating tanks, chemical equipment, and medical devices.

2. Electronic and electrical equipment: Insulation of transformers and cables, and protection of mechanical components.
