Muscovite & Phlogopite Mica sheet Sealant

Muscovite & Phlogopite Mica sheet Sealant | High hardness | high temperature resistance up to 800 0C

Our mica sheet bonding glue is a resin with a high degree of cross-linked structure and high hardness after curing, easy to combine with inorganic substances, with high heat resistance. Afterhigh-temperature sintering, since the product has the composition of Si-0 bond, and Si-C with high residual content, the adhesion is even stronger and more durable.

Product Yield

Mica sheet sealant performs well in aspects such as high temperature resistance, electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and waterproofing.

In addition, it has the characteristics of high hardness, high degree of curing, and less volatile content during the curing process.

Scope of use

Used for adhesive  of mica sheets for increasing their thickness, bonding of mica paper High hardness.

For pressing high hardness mica board, fiberglass board, and can also be used as refractory adhesive, high temperature adhesive and high temperature sealant.

As a polishing and wear-resistance agent for marble and floor tiles.

For coatings to increase hardness.

Packaging & Shipping

It is usually packed in 200 kg iron drums or 50 kg plastic drums, other quantities can be offered according to customer indication. Store below 35°C, avoid direct sunlight and do not approach heat sources.

Storage according to flammability. The shelf life is half a year (it can still be used if it passes the analysis overdue).

Construction Reference:

If you need high-temperature baking and curing, or a hardener (such as KH550), if you want to get better heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to fully cure at 180-280°C for 15-60 minutes, preferably at 250°C for 30 minutes or 280°C for 15 minutes (curing time is for reference only). If you need technical guidance, please contact the seller.
